Innovative and high-performance products keep your company competitive. As a design office, we support our customers' development projects at a very early stage. The LinoPro design office goes through the entire development process with you, from the idea to the end product ready for series production. In the coming weeks we will be presenting the individual phases of product development using the development of the LP-LX4 transport drone as an example.
We know how critical the early stages are to the success of product development. Therefore, in our design office, we attach particular importance to the concept and design phase. Together with you, we define the requirements for the product through a market and trend analysis, in order to then develop the product concept. In a feasibility analysis, the first drafts and variants are examined. On this basis, we can evaluate together with our customers whether the project goals can be achieved economically and technically. Even at this early stage of product development we carry out preliminary calculations in order to fulfill the boundary conditions.
Once the right basic concept has been found, the market analyzed and feasibility confirmed, a draft model is constructed in the design phase of product development and detailed in the subsequent construction phase ready for production. The experienced engineers and designers in our design office pay attention to sensible and stable assembly structures. Parallel to the design phase, our design office calculates individual parts, assemblies and connection elements using different methods: These include, depending on requirements, static analysis, FEM calculations and bolt checks. In this way, the model is successively optimized and it is checked whether alternative materials should be considered.
Of course, the LinoPro design office creates any accompanying documentation for you, because the clean and complete documentation of a product development forms the basis for production and sales: You want to illustrate a process or a sequence ? Then we would be happy to help you to animate and visualize your ideas, be it for advertising purposes or to acquire orders. Do you need production documents and customer documents? Our design office will create calculations, assembly and production drawings, parts lists and manuals for you on request.
