LinoPro's Innovation Manager shows full commitment

Our new Innovation Manager doesn't shy away from dirty corners in his free time either: Vincent Baumgart (in the foreground of the picture), with LinoPro since the beginning of July 2019, has been at Tough Mudder Event involved in the Lausitzring. He waded five kilometers through mud pits, crawled through the dirt, waded through streams, balanced on slacklines over water and overcame a net pyramid. "But the most blatant thing was the three-meter-high wooden walls called 'Berlin Walls'," reports Vincent after his run. They were so encrusted with mud that they could only be overcome with difficulty and often with help.

Tough Mudder is designed to promote team building and make overcoming obstacles a community experience. The sports-loving jogger Vincent is building up the sales department at LinoPro and was busy for the first few months cleaning up old processes and establishing new ones. Obstacles spur him on, the LinoPro team supports him. "I'll definitely be going back to the Tough Mudder next year," Vincent is certain. Some colleagues from LinoPro will then accompany him to make Tough Mudder a team experience for LinoPro as well. Vincent would like to tackle the 15-kilometer distance in 2020 instead of the five. The obstacles on the longer route are a bit more ambitious. But LinoPro's Innovation Manager is looking for a challenge.
